We give 14 months of protection for the same price others charge for 12 months - that's two extra months free. Our coverage is offered for existing properties regardless of the age of the home's mechanical systems and appliances. For real estate professionals, a warranty plan from us is a value-added buying and selling tool and can increase the value of the appraisal. Property Sellers or For Sale By Owners will enjoy the protection during their listing period, as well as our optional home inspection. For Buyers or Investors you have the security of knowing the home's mechanical systems, appliances and roof* are protected from normal wear and tear, regardless of age. * Please read our sample contract that applies to you or call us for specific coverage, exclusions, limitations and terms. Coverage is for your home's mechanical systems and appliances that are in good working order at the start of the contract period (i.e. pre-existing conditions are not covered). There is a low trade service fee for each visit by a service technician and additional charges may apply for certain repairs and/or replacements.
