Foxy Brown has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of menacing in a case where she attacked a woman with a Blackberry mobile device. The rapper pleaded out in Brooklyn Criminal Court (May 8th) and a 2007 felony assault charge was tossed out. Arlene Raymond may attempt to sue Brown in a civil suit, but no legal action has been confirmed. Brown was sentenced to time served and a letter of apology was submitted to the court. Brown also pled out of her Florida case and has no court dates in the near future.
