If the first night in November is anything to go by it’s going to be a very good month indeed. Deep Space, Francois K’s pioneering Monday night soirée into the depths of future electronica welcomes return of the Beat Pharmacy’s Brendon Moeller. Aiding and abetting the futuristic soundscape, the New York-based South African earned his production strips with a plethora of acclaimed artist singles including recording for FK’s own Deep Space Media imprint. He’s also collaborated with some of the great dub vocalists of our time - Mutabaruka, Spaceape, Mikey Dread and Paul St. Hilaire to name just four. A master at blending multiple genres into his sets, Moeller’s the perfect compliment to his host, fusing leftfield tracks with elements of rock, jazz and psychedelica. Whether it’s serious dancefloor business or dubbed out downtempo beats his music always possesses a quality and signature that makes him a driving force.
