Our Wednesday night party, Roots, is hosted by house music aficionados, Kevin Hedge and Louie Vega. Soulful house, Latin-infused beats, and retro rhythms are the order of the day as the respective men behind Blaze and the Masters At Work active, educate and stimulate all of the senses with a soundtrack designed to bridge the generation divide. In August Kevin Hedge is in the spotlight and on solo duty, aided and abetted with several guests providing additional aural delights. On the 4th Kevin’s joined by Dean K, the 18th features guests Cameron da DJ-phat5 recordings and Jihad Muhammad, and on the 25th Davidson Ospina, Franke Estevez and DJ Cuba help mix up the beats.
