Clubhouse opens their Cielo account on Friday 30th with Jus-Ed & Anthony Parasole in charge of proceedings. A voyage into the world of DJ Jus-Ed reveals an adventurous, energetic and spiritual style of playing quality house music. Since reappearing on the scene in 2001 after a brief retirement, Jus-Ed’s underground smooth sets have captured and educated audiences all the way from his home base in Connecticut to Miami’s South Beach, Germany, London, and even Russia. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Anthony Parasole openly confesses to housing a lifelong love affair with electronic music. Not content to be just another party kid, Anthony began scouring the record stores for all of his favorite tracks, which in turn lead him to becoming a buyer at the Halcyon record store, a real pillar of the NYC scene, and then ultimately putting his records to greater use by playing at his own house parties. Now a regular on the New York circuit Parasole has played alongside the likes of Derrick May, Cajmere, and Layo & Bushwacka, and on July 30th, alongside Jus-Ed.
