This lovely contemporary home is located on a
quiet Bay block, Atlantic (A) St in Seaview on the border of Ocean Beach. It's
located near the Seaview market and Ferry Terminal. Our house is populated by mindful people in their 30s, 40s &50s who
enjoy good food, good wine, good conversation and a relaxing time at the beach.

The house has four bedrooms, one with a queen bed
(good for a couple) and three with two twin beds each. There is a beautiful west
facing deck with an open air shower and a living/dining room with a high ceiling
and large windows, providing for an airy, light-filled space. Basic services
such as linens, towels, staple
foods, housecleaning and landscaping services, fas, telephone and CATV
are provided in the share cost.

The season will begin on Memorial Day Weekend, 22
May, and will run through the Labor
Day Holiday, 14 September. We have 8 half share weekends and 16 full
share weekends available. We also entertain midweek shares.

House meals will generally be Saturday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast; we will
inform everyone before the weekend of the intended menu for Saturday night dinner.

COSTS:

Half Shares for A Cycle Cost $2700
Half Shares
For B Cycle Cost $2500

Full Shares cost $4700

Mid Week Shares cost $2300 for an every other
week midweek share.

Early deposits of $1250 received before 22 March
will receive a bonus weekend on September 18.
